We had an incredible stay at Bigo Guest House. From the moment we arrived, the hostess went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided us with fantastic recommendations for exploring the city. the room itself was absolutely stunning, with high ceilings, beautiful artwork, and a view of the old port. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town where we found the best food and just steps away from the metro. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay during our time in this charming city.
No negatives from this place. 👌.

we stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel was incredibly beautiful, had favourable location in the center of genova. location: the venue was so close to very local restaurants serving ligurian dishes and the train station and all major sites and the historic centre of genoa. stopped by excelsa to get some coffee and treats, it's very close to the venue, recommend.

Brunella was an absolute rockstar! She hooked us up with insider tips, amazing local food spots, and a daily itinerary that was mind-blowing. The room had a super comfy king-sized bed and a jaw-dropping mosaic floor, while the bathroom was more than adequate. We were even greeted with fresh bread for our first morning. The shared sitting room was lovely, complete with coffee-making facilities and glasses to borrow. Plus, the host let us store our luggage and waved us off when it was time to leave. The place was impeccably clean, with top-quality linens, and the owner was incredibly kind and proud of the city. They even gave us a history lesson and provided a map with daily itineraries. The location was top-notch, right across from the harbor and metro station. And to top it all off, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, arranging everything for our arrival and even carrying our suitcases. This friendly guesthouse is a must-do for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended!

The towels were fluffy and the decor was lovely. the hotel location was central, perfect for exploring the city on a business trip. the staff was friendly and accommodating to my needs.
The description of the hotel was misleading regarding the parking arrangement. the website indicated that parking was available, but it was off-site, and I had to pay extra fees.

The guestrooms at Bigo Guest House were absolutely delightful. The premium bedding and pillow menus made me feel like I was sleeping on clouds. The free WiFi and air conditioning were a huge plus, keeping me comfortable and connected throughout my stay. The private bathroom and flat-screen TV in my room were also great conveniences that added to my overall enjoyment.
Personally, I didn't find the tile/marble floor in the double room very appealing. But hey, that's just my personal preference and others might still find it fancy!

During my Christmas stay, I was happy with my accommodation's central position. It was in an area with great access to bars, cafes, and restaurants. the view from my room was fantastic, and I enjoyed this throughout my stay. Another advantage is the helpful staff, who were able to give me helpful information about the area.
The bathroom was a little small. Although it was clean and tidy, sometimes I felt a bit cramped in there.
